It was my pleasure to visit Prashanti Kutiram (the Head Quarter of SVYASA University, Bangalore) after long time with the invitation of Guruji, Dr. HR Nagendra for the SVYASA foundation day. Prashanti kutiram is like my second home where I spent seven years of my life as a yoga student.
