It was an honor to be back at Prashanti Kutiram, the heart of SVYASA Yoga University in Bangalore, for the foundation day celebration. Guruji Dr. HR Nagendra's invitation made it even more special. Prashanti Kutiram has been my second home for thirteen years, nurturing my journey as a yoga student.

The day was filled with inspiring talks, insightful workshops, and a deep sense of community. It truly reaffirmed the transformative power of yoga and SVYASA's dedication to spreading this ancient wisdom. As a yoga therapist, my time at SVYASA instilled in me the importance of tailoring yoga practices to individual needs. This philosophy continues to guide my work as I help participants find their own path to health and well-being.
