His childhood immersion in a Buddhist Monastery for 6 years and intensive training in vipassana meditation provide a strong foundation for his teachings. The Ancient Path: A 90-Day Mindfulness Meditation Program

Our specially designed "The Ancient Path: 90-Day Mindfulness Meditation Program" offers a supportive environment to learn and practice mindfulness meditation for beginners. This program is designed to enhance your health, well-being, and increase your focus and clarity in today's fast-paced world. Led by Chow Siddhartha, the program provides:

Live, Interactive Sessions: Participate in guided mindfulness meditation sessions every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 6-7 am. Each session is 60 minutes long and includes:

  • 30 minutes of Mindfulness Meditation: Learn and practice Anapana Sati (mindfulness of breathing) and other Buddhist mindfulness meditation techniques to cultivate inner peace and focus.

  • 20-Minute Talk on Mindfulness: Deepen your understanding of mindfulness practices and how they can benefit your overall well-being.

  • Mindfulness Assignments: Receive personalized guidance and exercises to integrate mindfulness practices into your daily life and support your meditation journey.

  • 10-Minute Q&A Session: Get all your questions answered and receive personalized insights from Chow Siddhartha himself.
